1. Agreement to Terms

   By accessing courants-darts.com, creating an account, or using any feature of Courants Darts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you must not use the platform. Courants Darts Entertainment Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. 4. Account Registration

   Current Coins are fictional in-game credits used exclusively to keep score during entertainment play on Courants Darts. They cannot be purchased directly as a standalone currency, sold, traded, transferred between users, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for goods or services of any kind. Coins are awarded through welcome bonuses, daily logins, community events and optional membership perks. We may adjust Coin distribution rates, game payouts and economy balance at any time to maintain platform health. Accumulating Current Coins confers no property right, financial interest or expectation of future value.

6. No Real-Money Gambling

   Courants Darts does not accept deposits, process wagers with real money, or facilitate withdrawals or cash-outs of any kind. There is no mechanism on the platform to stake, win or lose actual currency. Optional paid memberships provide cosmetic enhancements and bonus Current Coins as digital perks — they do not constitute gambling stakes and do not improve game odds or unlock exclusive gambling features. 7. Acceptable Use

   You agree to use Courants Darts lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes: harassing, threatening or abusing other users; posting hate speech, explicit content or spam in community channels; attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our systems; using bots, scripts or automated tools to play games or farm Current Coins; creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses; impersonating Courants Darts staff or other users; circumventing age verification or self-pause controls; and using the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund of membership fees.

8. Intellectual Property

   All content on courants-darts.com — including game software, graphics, audio, text, logos, the Courants Darts name, Current Coins branding, Ripple character design and site layout — is owned by or licensed to Courants Darts Entertainment Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. User-generated content in community chat grants us a licence to display and moderate it on the platform.

9. Membership and Payments

   Optional Bronze, Silver, Gold and VIP memberships are available for users who want cosmetic perks and larger monthly Current Coin pouches. Membership fees are billed monthly through third-party payment processors. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated and are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Membership does not affect game odds, grant access to exclusive games, or convert Current Coins into anything of monetary value. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings; access to membership perks continues until the end of the current billing period.

10. Disclaimers

    Courants Darts is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Game outcomes are generated for entertainment and do not guarantee any particular result. We are not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from our platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Courants Darts Entertainment Ltd and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Courants Darts shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you in full.

12. Termination

    You may close your account at any time by contacting support@courants-darts.com or through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if we discontinue the platform. Upon termination, your right to use Courants Darts ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will remain in effect. Current Coins have no cash value and are forfeited upon account closure with no compensation due.

13. Governing Law

    

    These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Courants Darts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement. Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or platform integrity.

14. Dispute Resolution

    Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@courants-darts.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty days. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of England and Wales as specified in the Governing Law section, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you the non-waivable right to bring claims in local courts. Class action waivers apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief.

15. Changes to Terms

    We may revise these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes affecting registered users, we will provide notice by email or prominent on-site announcement at least fourteen days before the changes take effect where practicable. Your continued use of Courants Darts after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
